Course Details
This one day course is for climbers with some trad leading experience who want to avoid common problems and learn the tools to get out of tricky situations if they do occur.
Ideally you’ll have experience of leading trad climbs and be proficient in building belays and self-protected abseiling techniques.
The. course will cover:
- Techniques to avoid problems in the first place!
- Making yourself safe
- Getting to a casualty
- Recovering yourself and the casualty.
- Calling for help
