<p>Ease yourself in to the joys of hillwalking with this short day taster.  Whether you are seeking a new adventure, space, time or isolation; this short day taster lets you find out what you can discover in the hills.</p>
<p>The day is designed as an easy introduction for complete beginners.  The pace and distance will be tailored to your needs and you don’t need any fancy gear, just a few basics.  </p>
<p>Over about 4 hours we will head out into the wild expanses of Dartmoor.  Regular breaks will give you the opportunity to find out a bit about this spectacular environment.  We will use a combination of paths, tracks and open country; where your expert guide will pick a route between the notorious bogs and marshes for which Dartmoor is famous.  Along the way you will be sure to discover plants and animals common to the moor and maybe some less so.  </p>
