<p>The 3 day assessment examines candidates skills and knowledge as a Hill and Moorland Leader in line with the national standard.  </p>
<p>Assessment is largely practical with skills and knowledge demontrated in the hill and moorland environment.  Assessment is conducted by practical tasks, scenarios and questions throughout the 3 days, including a night navigation phase.  You will also be required to complete a short online questionnaire as part of the assessment process.</p>
<p>To book this course you must have:</p>
<ul>
<li>Completed a Hill and Moorland Leader Training course, or been granted <a rel='\"\\"noopener\\"\"'>Exemption</a>.</li>
<li>Hold a valid 16hr Outdoor (or equivalent) First Aid Certificate. </li>
<li>Have recorded a minimum of 40 <a rel='\"\\"noopener\\"\"'>Quality Hill Days</a> on DLOG, at least 14 days prior to your assessment date.</li>
