<p>This two day course gives you the skills to transition from indoor or sport lead climbing to trad leading, with the time and expert input to leave you confident in your next steps. </p>
<p>Could we do it in a day? We can share the skills in a day, but trad climbing is a complex and highly skilled activity. 2 days gives time for you to learn the skills and practice with an experience instructor who can spot potential errors and help you refine your skills.</p>

<li>Preparing to climb</li>
<li>Movement and resting</li>
<li>Placing runners</li>
<li>Building belays</li>
<li>Keeping your second safe</li>

<p>Experience requirements - Ideally you will have led a minimum of 10 indoor or sport routes at grade F4 or above. If you are unsure if you have the relevant experience then feel free to contact us.
